Business Development
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to commercialise and promote the services and technology provided by Big DNA. This will involve a mixture of end-user licensing and R&D partnerships with pharma companies and academic institutes. The role will have the following key responsibilities:
- development of Big DNA's marketing, sales and licensing activities
- maintainance and development of revenues in accordance with agreed business plans
- involvement in strategic planning (including business plan development) and overall assessment and monitoring of the business aspects of research programmes
- maintain a strategic overview of the scientific development of the technology platform to ensure the continuing development within Big DNA is in keeping with commercial objectives
You should have the following experience:
- at least 5 years experience in a similar role
- experience of licensing platform technologies is desirable; vaccines
experience, while desirable, is not essential
