DNA secures £2m investment for its vaccine technologyScottish life sciences firm Big DNA Ltd, who are developing a faster, cheaper method to deliver life saving vaccines, has announced a further successful round of funding. Scottish Enterprise, through its Venture Fund, matched £1m private investment from Hong Kong and the Channel Islands giving the fledgling firm a further £2m for the next stage of the vaccine technology development.

Big DNA recognised as Best New Life Science Company in ScotlandRoslin based biotech company, Big DNA, has been named the Best New Life Sciences Company in Scotland at the Scottish Enterprise Life Sciences Annual Dinner 2010. The accolade was awarded to the spin out company for its work in designing and developing new and innovative vaccines.
